You provide
HeatDone delivers
Evidence matrix mapping every proposed answer
Prepared Ofgem registration, ready for approval
Completeness and consistency review
Submission record and final handover bundle
What the fee buys
The evidence is not a vague “review completed” claim. Each agreed portal answer is traceable, each unresolved point is visible and the approved submission is retained as a record.
Each proposed portal answer, its source document and the exact page or section used.
One consolidated list of anything missing, contradictory or requiring your decision.
The exact prepared answers your authorised representative reviews before submission.
The approved version, sign-off record and portal receipt or reference retained together.
The matrix shown above is a fictional example of the delivered structure, not client work or evidence of completed engagements.
How it works
Share your existing records and give us individual, revocable portal access.
We map every proposed answer to its source and flag any gap in one list.
You review the final version. We submit only after your authorised sign-off.

Before you start
HeatDone prepares and submits a registration. It does not replace the client's responsibility for understanding and meeting the regulatory requirements that apply to it.
Read Ofgem's guidance on client responsibilitiesWe prepare the portal answers, link each proposed answer to your evidence, flag blockers in one list and submit only after your authorised representative has approved the final version.
It is designed for one eligible organisation with one already-documented, simple communal heat network in England, Scotland or Wales. We confirm eligibility before accepting payment or documents.
Your existing organisation and network records, your existing customer procedures, clear answers to clarification questions, individual revocable portal access and final authorised approval.
An evidence matrix, one blocker register, an approval copy of the prepared answers and a final handover bundle containing the approved submission and portal record.
Only after all agreed documents and answers are complete and the individual delegated portal access is live. Missing information pauses the work until the blocker is resolved.
